They are much older than they were in the photo above but news is out that the Jackson 5 will reunite and tour in 2009.

Jackson is in Australia to help launch a new "greatest hits" TV channel for paynet Foxtel and confirmed the rumors at the event.

"This has been a long time coming for the Jackson family to get back together," he told the Australian Associated Press.

"It is just the timing, so what we've been doing is working on the music and all the logistics. It is going to be more like a family affair, Janet's going to open and, of course, the original Jackson 5 ... Michael, Randy and the whole family. ... We're in the studio, we're planning on being out there next year."

The brothers are Michael, Marlon, Tito, Jackie and Randy Jackson.

Jennifer Hudson Offers $100,000 Reward For Nephews Return

[Update] Julian King, 7 year old nephew of Jennifer Hudson was found dead, shot to death.

After Jennifer Hudson's mother, Darnell Donerson, and brother, Jason Hudson were found murdered in the other's home in Chicago, Hudson has issued a $100,000 reward for the safe return of her nephew, 7-year-old Julian King, who has been missing since Friday, the day of the murders.

"Jennifer and her family appreciate the enormous amount of love, support and prayers they have received while she and her family try to cope with this tragedy and continue the search for Julian," said a statement from Hudson's rep Lisa Kasteler. It also offered a reward and asked the public to give any available information to the Chicago police. "We ask that all inquiries be directed to the Chicago Police Department, Area 1 Detective Division at 312/747-8380."

Horrible enough to lose a mother and brother to a brutal murder, but this is a 7 year-old boy.

Academy Award Winner Jennifer Hudson's Mother and Brother Murdered

Dreamgirls, Academy Award Winner Jennifer Hudson's mother, Darnell Donerson, and brother, Jason Hudson, were found shot to death at Hudson's mother's house in the South Side of Chicago on Friday afternoon.

The police are now looking for Hudson's 7 year-old nephew, Julian King, who has been missing since Friday.

William Balfour is Jennifer Hudson's brother in-law, married to her sister Julia and is on parole after spending over 6 years behind bars for attempted murder and car-jacking.

Detectives describe the double murder was a 'domestic incident' that had got out of control.

Hudson, 27, has reportedly flown back to Chicago from Florida, and cancelled her trip to Japan on Monday, where she was promoting her new album.

A statement from her representative Lisa Kasteler said: 'We can confirm that there is an ongoing investigation concerning the deaths of Jennifer Hudson's mother, Darnell Donerson, and her brother, Jason Hudson.

'No further comment will be made and the family has asked that their privacy be respected at this difficult time.'

Officers found Hudson's mechanic brother Jason, 29, shot in the chest, and dead in a bedroom, Patterson said. There was no sign of forced entry.

Hudson's mother Darnell, 57, was shot in the head while Jason was shot in the chest.

Hudson's sister bus driver Julia reported her son as missing after work on Friday.

Reports say that Angelina Jolie said in an interview that she might "stop making movies and marry Brad," stating her priorities have changed since giving birth to her and Pitt's twin babies.

Angelina Jolie says she may stop making films – and hinted she might marry Brad Pitt because of pressure from their kids.

The actress said her priorities have changed since giving birth to twins in July.

'The kids are my priority, so it's possible that from now on I will make fewer movies. I may even stop altogether,' Jolie told the Italian edition of Vanity Fair.

The woman can act, so it would be a pity if she truly does quit.

Dexter Picked Up For Two More Seasons

Our favorite serial killer, Dexter, has had his show picked up for a season four and season five by ShowTime.

Seasons 4 and 5 will consist of 12 episodes each, with production to commence this spring in Los Angeles.

"Dexter's enormous success is a tribute to the great achievements of its cast, the producing team, the author of the original book [Jeff Lindsay], and the gifted Michael C. Hall," says Showtime president of entertainment Robert Greenblatt. "I thought at best we would attract adevoted cult audience but soon realized that, ironically, this show is so thematically rich and layered with humanity that audiences of all kinds have flocked to it."

Hall is a two-time Emmy and Golden Globe nominee for his portrayal of Dex, while the series itself was nominated this year for five Emmys, including Outstanding Drama Series.

Dexter is a Miami police forensics expert moonlights as a serial killer of criminals who he believes have escaped the criminal justice system and takes his delight in killing them for himself.



A serial killer that was taught by his step-father (a cop) that killing the bad and not the innocent was a better way to indulge his impulses or his "killer instincts."

Amusing show, cast is likable and Michael C. Hall plays Dexter in an impressive manner, mixing humor into a character that tries very hard to appear normal.

Good choice to pick this show up for two more seasons ShowTime.

Court Case Aagainst Britney Spear Dismissed- Prosecutors Will Not Retry The Case

The court case against Britney Spears for driving without a legal license has been dismissed after the jury came back unable to reach a verdict with 10 members voting not guilty and two saying guilty, resulting in Los Angeles Superior Court Judge James A. Steele declaring a mistrial.

Prosecutors have decided not to retry the case.

"There were a lot of deliberations," jury foreman, Gary Moy, told Usmagazine.com Tuesday. "I think a lot of people had their minds set from the beginning."

Moy told Us he and one other woman voted guilty.

"It's an 80 percent victory," said Spears' attorney, Michael Flanagan. He also said a misdemeanor trial "should have never happened" and that Spears was prosecuted "because she is a celebrity."

A prosecutor did not immediately indicate whether Spears would be retried.

The singer had been facing up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted.

Before the jury began deliberations Friday, prosecutor Michael Amerian argued that Spears -- who did not appear or testify in court during the trial -- should be found guilty because she did not have a California driver's license when she hit a parked car in August 2007.

Spears did have a Louisiana license at the time of the accident and her attorney, Michael Flanagan, argued the state's vehicle code provides an exemption for people who are living temporarily in the state.

Flanagan also told the jury Spears was in California so that she could visit her children.

Hulk Hogan's Son Nick, Out Of Jail

Hulk Hogan's son, Nick Bollea was realsed at 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday and was greeted by his sister Brooke, outside the Pinellas County jail in Florida.

Nick is 18 years old and was sentenced to eight months for reckless driving charges which were leveled at him after a car crash in August of 2007 in which his best friend, John Graziano, was injured and in critical condition and now needs lifelong care.

John Graziano's family is expected to file a civil suit against the Hogans for damages.

Although Nick was sentenced to eight months, he was released three months early for good behavior after serving 166 days in jail.

After his release and his ecstatic greeting from his sister, they both got into a limo and were taken to their family home in Clearwater, Florida.

Her wildly swinging arms meant it was nearly a case of “off with our heads”. Still, at least she had an excuse – she and Beatrice had begun boozing early at a slap-up dinner at Zuma to celebrate mum Fergie’s 49th birthday.

Tom Cruise is alive and well, his agent said on Thursday, denying Internet reports that the actor had fallen to his death in New Zealand.

"This is completely not true. Tom is not in New Zealand nor has he been there recently. This is erroneous and unreliable Internet garbage," Cruise publicist Jeff Raymond told Reuters.

The Sun says this isn't the first time a false report about a celebrity has been made about that same cliff in New Zealand, when two years ago, Tom Hanks supposedly fell off the same one.

Another shows Cook resting his head on Bianchi's buttocks. It appears the tape was made at Cook's Southampton architectural office without Bianchi's knowledge. But other stills that are apparently not from the video show Bianchi willingly posing topless.

The information showing Cook's sexual proclivities came out during Brinkley and Cook's divorce proceedings and recently Cook let himself be interviewed by Barbara Walters where he defended himself claiming "the world will see that I'm not the scumbag pervert that I've been painted to be," yet now we see that by filming his sexual exploits with the 18 year-old, he truly is the scumbag pervert he has been portrayed to be.

Stills from an explicit home video allegedly show Christie Brinkley's ex-husband Peter Cook having sex with 18-year-old assistant Diana Bianchi, the New York Post's Page 6 confirmed on Thursday.

But Bianchi claims she had no idea she was being filmed at Cook's Southhampton architectural office.

"Diana was in a relationship with Peter Cook. It does not surprise her that there are photos of her in his possession. However, she was unaware that he was videotaping their sexual encounters," Bianchi's attorney Rosemarie Arnold told Entertainment Tonight on Thursday. "In my opinion, Peter Cook is a wolf. He went on Barbara Walters in a tie and claimed he was a lamb. But you can put a tie on a wolf, he's still a wolf. We are weighing our legal options concerning this matter."

According to Page 6, the stills depict the couple nude and having intercourse on a brown love seat. They also show Bianchi performing a striptease as Cook holds his crotch.

Brinkley's Attorney Robert Stephan Cohen, also has a few words to say about this, stating "Nothing about Peter Cook's behavior shocks us. We don't know anything about this tape. It was not his 'sexual compulsion proclivity' that caused the break-down of their marriage, but rather his discovery of explicit text messages on her mobile phone sent by actor Billy Bob Thornton.

Through the texts Duchovny found out she had begun a relationship with Oscar-winning actor Billy Bob Thornton, 53, who was formerly married to Angelina Jolie.

New York Post, People, Daily Mail and many others are reporting the split everyone knew was coming, has come.

After seven-and-a-half years of a troubled, dysfunctional marriage the Madonna and Guy Ritchie are finally splitting up.... how he lasted all those years with her I will never know.

In a statement emailed to the Associated Press by Liz Rosenberg and co-signed by Ritchie's representative, it says, "Madonna and Guy Ritchie have agreed to divorce after seven-and-a-half years of marriage. They have both requested that the media maintain respect for their family at this difficult time."

Yeah, that will happen!!

"The judgment of the court would be to try and assess what they came in with and divide what they built up fairly equally," said David Allison, a lawyer with Family Law in Partnership, a London firm, told the AP.

The New York Post reports the divorce will occur in London since that is where the couple have their primary residence and the settlement will be in the multi-million category.

The British paper said the 50-year-old singer wanted to wait to announce the pair's split until after her global "Sticky and Sweet" tour.

But their fighting got so bad that Ritchie, 40, just wanted out, and Madonna finally agreed, the tabloid said.

The pair has three children between them: Lourdes, 12, Madonna's daughter from her relationship with actor and personal trainer Carlos Leon; and Ritchie and Madonna's sons, Rocco, 8, and David, 2.

The pair has bitterly fought over everything from their kids to where they should live: the United States or England, sources said.

After failing to appear at her New York premiere of a comedy Madonna directed, "Filth and Wisdom," the rumor started again, but now it is official, Ritchie will be on the market again soon and Madonna will be.... well, Madonna-on-the-hunt, unless she has already found her next victim to suck the life out of, which has been rumored to be Yankee star Alex Rodriguez aka A-Rod.

A source confirmed to Us after their break up that she wanted a bigger commitment from Mayer - and a baby.

Maureen McCormick has written a memoir called "Surviving Marcia Brady and Finding My True Voice."

In this memoir she speaks about her life, growing up "Brady" her drug addictions, depression, pregnancy, abortions and a long line of men, including Steve Martin, Michael Jackson and her TV bro Barry Williams (Gregg Brady.

She exposes a period of her life when she traded sex for drugs and as E-Online puts it, "engaged in full-on binges at the Playboy Mansion and at the home of Sammy Davis Jr."

McCormick was 14 years old when the family sitcom began its four-year run in 1969 and apparently didn't have much personal experience to draw on for the character. In the book, due out tomorrow, the actress says she came to the feel-good show from an abusive family, with a father who abused and cheated on her mother.

When the show ended, McCormick says she turned to drugs, taking cocaine and Quaaludes among other illicit substances, a habit which failed to help her secure additional employment.

In the memoir, the actress also details a blown interview she had with Steven Spielberg, blaming the ill-fated meeting on her being high at the time.

What followed throughout the '80s was a battle with addiction and depression, including interventions and rehab stints galore along with various medications and therapies.

More recently, McCormick has begun a career as a country singer and has starred in Country Music Television reality series "Gone Country" and "Outsider's Inn."

Drug ravaged and looking much older than her years, Amy Winehouse has a new drug concoction.

"Cocaine candyfloss" where Winehouse sprinkles wraps of cocaine into her candyfloss machine creating what Daily Mail calls, her "coke 'n candy special."

A source close to the singer told told the News of the World the concoction was created by a friend.

The source said: 'It was Mick's idea. The candyfloss machine was Amy's pride and joy and he thought it would be funny to give it a boost.

'He and a some pals sprinkled a wrap of coke into the mixture and Amy started eating it before she realised what they'd done. She now thinks it's a hoot to do the same.'

Ms Winehouse, who has been fighting a very public battle against heroin and crack cocaine, has had a disastrous year.

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony renewed their wedding vows at the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on Sunday morning, just four years after the originally tied the knot.

The ceremony -- which took place at the newly renovated Forum Tower Penthouse -- was officiated by Reverend Steven Smith; two friends served as witnesses.

New York Mets player Carlos Beltran and his wife Jessica also renewed their vows, a source tells Usmagazine.com.

Lopez and Anthony began their night with dinner in a private room at Bradley Ogden at Caesars Palace. Then they played craps in the main room, where both Anthony and Beltran won, says the source.

Afterwards, they headed to the Pussycat Dolls show, followed by Pure Nightclub, where the group had reserved three tables. A source tells Us Lopez and Anthony started asking around for the minister while they were at Pure around 12:30 a.m. and then headed up to their room to meet the minister at 3 a.m.

The couple became proud parents of twins, Max and Emme, back in February 2008. Lopez and Anthony received a reported $6 million for first photos of then from People, with the clause that the magazine could not call Lopez JLo.

People reports JLo and Anthony were supposedly in town celebrating Anthony's birthday according to a source.

After the very public break up and custody battles it seems kind of strange but stranger things have happened.

I can reveal the star and K-Fed have had marathon phone sex sessions and traded steamy texts.

K-Fed has told pals: “The calls got very steamy pretty quickly. It was like having a new girlfriend.”

Former Manson Band Member Gidget Gein Found Dead

NME is reporting that Gidget Gein, a former Marilyn Manson band member, was found dead in Burbank, Los Angeles on Thursday. He was 39 years old.

His real name was Brad Stewart, he was Manson's bass player from 1989 until 1993 and his death was caused by a suspected overdose of drugs.

Lisa Marie Presley Has Twin Girls

Rock legend Elvis Presley's daughter Lisa Marie gave birth to twin baby girls Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2008 and according to her representative "The babies and mom are happy and healthy and resting at home."

People reports:

The baby girls were delivered by C-section at 2:46 p.m. and weighed in at 5 lbs., 15 oz. and 5 lbs., 2 oz.

Presley's mother, Priscilla, had confirmed the twins in an interview with Entertainment Tonight where she said "She wanted it really to be kept a secret for a long time. And I think women should, because they should be able to announce what they're having and when it's time to make the announcement."

Christie Brinkley Comes Out Swinging After 'Scumbag Pervert' Cook's 20/20 Interview

It was reported the other day that Christie Brinkly tried to get a restraining order after hearing that her ex-husband, Peter Cook, had conducted a 20/20 interview with Barbara Walters, which was denied.

In Cook's interview he tried to counter the public perception that he was a sex-craved pervert.

Some of the initial details of their divorce showed that he spend thousands on Internet porn and paid his teenybopper teenage lover $300,000 to keep quiet about the affair, which, of course, she didn't do.

From the interview, Cook aka "scumbag pervert" said:

"My hope is that the world will see that I'm not the scumbag pervert that I've been painted to be. The misinformation that came out during the trial is the elephant in the room. It's the elephant in the room for my kids. And I'm hoping maybe if I can correct some of the wrongs."

Brinkley comes out swinging after the interview aired with a statement from her attorney Robert Stephan Cohen:

"This is a tragedy Mr. Cook has proven once again that the court appointed psychiatrist Dr. Stephen Herman was right when he testified that Peter Cook has an insatiable ego and needs constant reassurance. Mr. Cook continues to put himself first, ultimately hurting the children. The court awarded Ms. Brinkley full custody of the children and all decision making concerning them. That decision speaks for itself."

Brinkley will be exploring her future legal options against Cook.

Background:

In 2007, during the Brinkley/Cook divorce trial, Diana Bianchi told all about her affair with Peter Cook, starting when she was 18 years old. Deatils were provided by The New York Post:

"We had been working together and he'd shown interest in me and I had reciprocated," the now 22-year-old testified about her steamy year-long affair with architect Peter Cook.

[...]

"He asked me how I would feel if he told me he was attracted to me," she said before admitting, "I was a bit taken aback, but I really wasn't against it."

[...]

Wearing a short-sleeved, frilly white blouse and a demure, long gray skirt, Bianchi spoke with a tiny, shaken voice as she recounted the intimate details of their tawdry trysts and the money he showered her with.

She countered Cook's claims from earlier in the day that he once hid $500 under a rock near his office in Southampton. Instead, she said it was under a rock at the Bridgehampton home he lived in with Brinkley and their kids.

Cook also testified that he only gave Bianchi $20,000 as part of her official duties pushing papers at his office, but Bianchi claimed he doled out an extra $15,000 for a down payment on a new Nissan Maxima in 2005.

That was before Cook paid her $300,000 in hush money to keep those specific details from the court proceedings.

Other details pretty much show why the term "scumbag pervert" fits Cook perfectly despite his denials to Walters:

She said she met Cook when she was just a 15-year-old clerk in a toy store in 2003.

In the summer of 2004, they talked on the phone - and she said she even sang for him.

"He just said I had a great voice and it was something I should pursue," said Bianchi, who is trying to make a go of a music career.

The two had nothing to do with one another

When she ran into him a year later, Cook slipped Bianchi his card - which the teen thought was innocent enough.

"If someone gives you their business card you assume it's [just] for business," she said on the stand.

In 2005 Cook hired the young stunner to work at his Hamptons architecture firm when she was just 18 and looking for some extra money.

Bianchi couldn't recall what she did, exactly, or how much she was compensated.

Despite not having any experience besides selling toys and baby-sitting, Bianchi said she was paid "anywhere from $20 to $50 an hour, depending on how much I got done."

Keep all that in mind when you hear Cook in the video below saying he hopes "the world will see that I am not the "scumbag pervert" that I have been painted to be."

Police Protections For Lindsay Lohan After Receiving 'Biblical' Threats

Yesterday it was reported that Lindsay Lohan was filing a motion (documents found at SS linked URL)to keep her testimony in her girlfriend, Samantha Ronson's, upcoming court case against her former lawyer, Martin Garbus, for malpractice, from being videotaped in order to protect her privacy.

Today we learn from NOW, Lohan is under police guard after receiving threats from three separate California addresses. these threats are referred to as "biblical" threats, without the exact wording of the threats revealed.

No real clue what a "biblical" threat is unless it has something to do with crucifixion, but that is how the threats are described.

I wonder how long it will be before the actual wording of the threat is "leaked?"
