A-Rod To Set Up Home Close To Madonna

That didn't take long. Last week the formal announcement of Guy Ritchie and Madonna's official breakup hit the news, along with more rumors of Madonna and A-Rod affair getting ready to heat up, over the weekend things started getting bitter between Madonna and Ritchie, and this week we see that A-Rod is planning on buying a penthouse apartment two blocks away from Madonna.

Speculation of a romantic relationship between the pair has been rife after the baseball star has been seen out and about with the superstar on a number of occasions.

The 33-year-old millionaire baseball player is to buy the Central Park West penthouse, worth an estimated £40million.

'Alex knows that this is a difficult time for Madonna, especially as she has children,' a source said.

'So he thought this was the best way to be close to her without being too intrusive. He is completely into her and willing to be patient while she sorts everything out.

'All he cares about is just being close to her,' a source added.

Awwww, isn't that sweet?



Can you imagine waking up with that every morning? I bet Ritchie has nightmares after 7 1/2 years of it.

Madonna Accuses Guy Ritchie Of Being 'Cruel and Verbally-Abusive'

As was recently reported, Madonna and Guy Ritchie have officially split up and will be getting divorced and things are already getting down and dirty.

Now Madonna is accusing her soon-to-be-ex of being "cruel and verbally-abusive" claiming "Guy said I looked like a granny."

Ummmmmm, you do!!! Since when is the truth verbal abuse, you old has-been?

Madonna is building an extraordinary divorce case against Guy Ritchie, claiming he was a cruel and verbally-abusive husband who would belittle and ridicule her in front of others.

Lawyers for the singer, who was widely believed to be the dominant partner in the marriage, are putting together a dossier of incidents.

They include allegations that he told her she 'looked like a granny' on stage compared with her younger backing dancers. He is also alleged to have declared that she could not act, and was 'past it' after she turned 50.

Again, there is that truth thing, although he was being kind if the incident is true because Madonna seemed washed out when she hit 40 and she never could act worth a damn.

Her lawyers say that 40-year-old Ritchie's comments made Madonna feel worthless, unattractive, unfeminine, insecure and isolated during their eight-year marriage.

Madonna....sweetie, it isn't Guy's words that made you feel that way, it the fact that you are worthless, unattractive, unfeminine and insecure.

Poor thing is mistaking truth and her own feelings with Ritchie's honest remarks, if he said them.

So, let us add a touch of paranoia and mental health to her list of problems.

Madonna And Guy Ritchie To Divorce

Knew this was coming, why would Guy stay with a classless, tasteless, childish, over-the-hill has been like her?

New York Post, People, Daily Mail and many others are reporting the split everyone knew was coming, has come.

After seven-and-a-half years of a troubled, dysfunctional marriage the Madonna and Guy Ritchie are finally splitting up.... how he lasted all those years with her I will never know.

In a statement emailed to the Associated Press by Liz Rosenberg and co-signed by Ritchie's representative, it says, "Madonna and Guy Ritchie have agreed to divorce after seven-and-a-half years of marriage. They have both requested that the media maintain respect for their family at this difficult time."

Yeah, that will happen!!

"The judgment of the court would be to try and assess what they came in with and divide what they built up fairly equally," said David Allison, a lawyer with Family Law in Partnership, a London firm, told the AP.

The New York Post reports the divorce will occur in London since that is where the couple have their primary residence and the settlement will be in the multi-million category.

The British paper said the 50-year-old singer wanted to wait to announce the pair's split until after her global "Sticky and Sweet" tour.

But their fighting got so bad that Ritchie, 40, just wanted out, and Madonna finally agreed, the tabloid said.

The pair has three children between them: Lourdes, 12, Madonna's daughter from her relationship with actor and personal trainer Carlos Leon; and Ritchie and Madonna's sons, Rocco, 8, and David, 2.

The pair has bitterly fought over everything from their kids to where they should live: the United States or England, sources said.

After failing to appear at her New York premiere of a comedy Madonna directed, "Filth and Wisdom," the rumor started again, but now it is official, Ritchie will be on the market again soon and Madonna will be.... well, Madonna-on-the-hunt, unless she has already found her next victim to suck the life out of, which has been rumored to be Yankee star Alex Rodriguez aka A-Rod.
